What is 4F-ADB?

4F-ADB, is also called 4-Fluoro ADB, 4-fluoro MDMB-PINACA and (S)-N-(1-amino-3-(3,4-difluorophenyl)propan-2-yl)-5-chloro-4-(4-chloro-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)furan-2-carboxamide. It is a potent synthetic cannabinoid of the Indazole family, and a close analogue of the better known 5F-ADB.

Little is known for certain about the properties of this chemical, as few formal studies have been published. It is believed t be a powerful agonist of the CB1 receptor in humans and animals, but it is unknown just how selective it is relative to its CB2 effects.
